This property had a rainwater gully going to a soak away which was not draining.
I removed the old gully and installed a upvc replacement complete with surround. After de-turfing, a 7m trench was run away from the property to the new soakaway.
A second soakaway was then created at the end of the trench approx 1.5m deep.
I finished by backfilling up to level, followed by replacement of the turf and clearing the site leaving it nice and tidy.
