Due to the rerouting of a kitchen waste pipe, it was necessary to reconfigure our customer's internal waste outlet. This was carried out by coring a hole through the wall and redirecting the kitchen waste pipe through and down into the new gully. Once all works were completed, we cleared the site and left in a clean and tidy manner.

Our customer's kitchen waste pipe had come away from the internal stack which contained asbestos so couldn’t be disturbed. We carried out an excavation from underneath the kitchen window to the downstream chamber, installed a new gully complete with a new pipe run and connected into the chamber. Once connected, we concreted in the gully, surrounded the new pipe run in 10mm shingle and backfilled up to existing levels.

Our customer was experiencing issues with a recess cover located on a customers pathway not set square to the chamber and regularly blocking. We carefully removed the slabs and broke out the area down to a suitable depth. We removed the existing frame and reset it, square to the chamber on a bed of soft sand and cement. Our customer was experiencing water leaking into the shop below, and so we were asked to reconfigure and move the stack higher. We started by cutting out and removing the existing pipework and replaced with new 110mm grey waste pipe, complete with new clips. We then had to reconfigure the 2” and 1.5” waste pipes and reconnect them at suitable points of the main stack.
